Called the store today to see if they had a particular item in stock was told by associate we are busy you can come in and see. I explained I was over an hour away. Called two Raleigh stores one checked immediately and the other took my information checked item and returned called. So often we have gotten away from good customer service but I do appreciate the service of the Raleigh Stores

Was on hour 7 of an 8-hour drive to a last-minute evening event. After realizing I forgot items for my suit, I found this store along my route and am SO grateful for Crystal and the team! Despite the pouring rain, all staff members provided a warm greeting and dropped everything to ensure I had the best customer experience possible. The team provided expert feedback and tailored recommendations to ensure that I was getting the right apparel for my body and desired look.As a result, everything I wore was a HIT and received tons of compliments, especially the shoes they recommended. Although I am out of state, I will definitely be back when I’m in the area sometime in the future. Thank you again!

Picked up a tailored suit from this location, that fitted perfectly. The staff was great in assisting me as well. Selections was Jos A. Bank! Not over or under stocked for location..

I needed a suit in a rush because my wedding suit was lost in transit. My crystal looked at what seemed to every single (gray was the color I needed) before she found one in stock close to my size. She was able to rush my alterations for next day. I made it to the wedding in Wilmington, with the correct color, on time. Thank you to crystal and they other two on staff for helping me in a time of need. The suit I got was even on clearance. Put the door was less than a hood vest and pants. When I picked up my suit the next day I had forgotten to find a small enough shirt to fit me. They actually had a 16 extra slim that fit well. What s great experience I had with this store and I’ll be buy my suits from this location from now on. Gray suit in picture, we ended up not using the vests.

The Best Customer Service! Adam and Alexis are true heros!! We came into town from Maryland for a funeral and realized we left my husband's sport coat at home. My husband needed a Big and Tall sized coat and after trying a few other stores with no luck we called and Alexis had us come in. At first we thought we were out of luck, but as we were leaving Adam called out from the back of the store, he found a sport coat on the sales rack in my husband's size. What a blessing!!Thank you for going above and beyound. We truly appreciate you both!

VISITED STORE SAT., DEC 17TH, 2022...WOMAN ASSOCIATE APPARENTLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TELE CHECK WILL DENY YOUR CHECKS FOR PAYMENTS DUE TO RED FLAGS IF A CHECK IS LEFT COMPLETELY BLANK! SHE INSISTED THERE WAS NO NEED TO FILL OUT BECAUSE 'YOU WILL GET IT BACK ANYWAY'. WE WERE EMBARRASSED WITH OTHER (NONMINORITY) PATRONS LOOKING AT US IN STORE AS WELL AS STORE STAFF. ENDED UP PAYING $590.+ WITH CASH. IF WERE NOT FOR SHOES, SUIT HUSBAND CHOSE FOR HIS XMAS GIFT, TIRED OF SHOPPING WE IN FUTURE WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! ALSO WAS NOT GIVEN OPTION TO BE PLACED IN A CLEAR FITTING ROOM WHEN AVAILABLE. WAS PUT IN ONE CLUTTERED WITH BOXES, HANGERS. ETC. STREWN ABOUT. SHAME ON YOU! AND YOUR SALE SIGNS SHOULD NOT HAVE SUITS, ETC. THAT ARE NOT ON SALE .MIXED TOGETHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISLEADLEADING SIGNS, MISINFORMATION.. NOT THE JOS. R. BANKS WE KNOW!

I rented a suit for my son for an event. They had limited selection due to it being prom season. The two guys that worked there were helpful in making a selection with what was available. Prices are high. It was around $375 for a Calvin Klein suit with vest shoes cuff links and everything. They have some nice ties and dress shirts.
