The worst dealership to deal with. I especially will not recommend for repairs. I dealt with Bill the manager over the repair shop and he need to be fired!!!! He must’ve gotten the position on default. I went in to get a recall fixed and handed him my key in hand and told him that it was my only key to the car. I call back two days later to check on my car and spoke to one of his sales associates and they said they saw some keys on the counter and did not know who they belonged to. They were waiting for the owner to call so they could find out who the keys belonged to. A whole week pasted before anything was done to my car. Bill stated they had a lot going on with someone vandalizing some cars they had on the property. This had nothing to do with me and happened after my car was there for a week. Finally get a call back after numerous times of going up there and calling just to be told that they were still waiting on parts. I received a call from the associate stating some recommendations that they had for the car. I told her I didn’t want anything else done to my car only do what Silverrock(my insurance agent) was covering. She told me my car will be ready early the following week. I had to call them Tuesday to find out that they did a recall update that didn’t meet the deductible. I spoke to him and his associates several times, no one said anything about a $200 deductible. He is trying to take advantage of clients just because he think he can. I’ve been waiting about an hour for him to get here to release my car and I hope my car run well because his mechanic look like some drug addicts he hired off the streets.

I would not recommend this Kia dealership. We called this dealership prior to leaving our home to make sure it was there and available, which they said yes. After making the two hour trip, and forcing us to test drive the car, they tried to tell us that someone else put money down on the car after we told them that we would be using our own banking company and not going through them. When we asked why they did not say that earlier when we called, he preceded to say that no one told us to drive all the way down here. They were trying to pull one over our eyes. We ended up getting the car once another sales agent came, who was not much help either. The absolute worse experience ever.

Updating 6/11/24: I would not recommend purchasing a Kia period. I waited a month, with no car and no returned calls or emails from the dealership or customer service, for a determination of whether or not my repairs would be covered under warranty to be told that Kia gets to decide what caused the damage and will not accept the opinion of the mechanic who originally diagnosed it with a different problem which would’ve been covered. There is no way to confirm which issue caused the damage, but they are able to go with the decision that means I’d pay out of pocket. I had a 2019 bought brand new, under 100k miles, upkeep taken care of & every recommended service done with the dealership. In the past year I have sunk money into this car replacing the battery, fuel pump, water pump, and now have a faulty radiator & a blown head gasket and a car I probably can’t even sell for enough to finish paying it off, much less get a new one. I cannot overstate how much I regret this purchase. Please choose something more reliable for such a huge investment.
Long story short: this would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the years me & my family have come here and been treated well. My most recent experience has been very poor. There’s been an alarming lack of communication. I’ve been told on 3 separate occasions since May 15th (it is now June 3rd) to expect a phone call & an update on my car by a certain time, and have heard nothing each time, even after my appointment for my car to be diagnosed. My diagnosis was also delayed by a week because of lack of communication between staff, as I was told.
Long story: I’ve been coming here for every oil change since I got my first car here when I was 20, so about 6 years, and I have always had a positive experience. The customer service is impeccable and I trust the quality of their work. However, my car recently broke down. I had it towed here on May 15th, and spoke with my ticket advisor that day. She told me my appointment for diagnosis was on the 22nd but they may be able to get to it sooner, and to expect to hear from her no later than the end of the 22nd.
It is now June 3rd and I have not had any communication with my advisor since May 15th. I got no call from anyone on the day of my appointment, and I called too late to speak with service so I was told I’d be called back first thing the next morning at 8. By 12/1pm, still no call. I called and no one was available to speak with me, so I borrowed a relative’s car to come by.
I still don’t know why my car was opened up & looked at and no one contacted me at all. I am told that my diagnosis could have been completed the week prior when I had it towed, but they were not informed of my car prior to my scheduled appointment. But, my diagnosis was completed and I was told some info needed to be submitted to Kia to find out how we’re moving forward with repairs, and that I’d get a call by Saturday the 25th or Tuesday the 28th at the latest. Tuesday comes, no call. I call and am told to just wait. Friday the 31st comes, no call. So I call again and wait on hold before getting a voicemail machine which was full. At this point, I’m tired of calling for nothing so I sent an email explaining my situation and asking for someone to help me understand the timeline we’re on and what to expect.
No response to my email. I called today asking for a supervisor and was told he’d call me back. No call. Came by after work, and I am told to wait until Friday. I’m so confused and disappointed, I just left without asking for the supervisor.
I am confused and beyond disappointed. Was my information submitted when the diagnosis was completed or when I came in on the 23rd, and if so is it typical for Kia to take 2 full weeks to respond? If so, why was I initially told I’d get an update within a few days? Why will no one call me? Im stuck borrowing cars & asking for rides for weeks, missing work and unable to take care of necessiti
