Made an order online for pick up, and paid. Did not receive any kind of confirmation, but they sire did take my money. Now I'm out almost $26, because the store employees response was "not my problem, call customer service on monday". If I had known joanns was going to steal my money, I would've saved it and gone to Hobby Lobby in Greenville.

This was my first time in this store. A woman helped me pick out flowers for my father's grave. The cashier then helped me by directing me to a coupon online. Excellent customer service. The staff was very nice.
