Will not go into store if store manager in there worst attitude everyday does not like helping customer very disrespectful towards kids and does not deserve position. It’s been going on long enough if this is what you guys demonstrate not professional at all!

My sister and I were in search of Adidas products for my nephew at the Golden East Mall in Rocky Mount, NC. There were shirts folded on a table where you could not see the design. I saw a shirt because I liked the color and picked it up to show to my sister. As I was folding it back…and am completely capable of restoring it to its original state, an employee, a tall woman, came over and jerked the shirt out of my hands. They did not speak. This same incident occurred a second time, at which time I told my sister I wouldn’t ever purchase from this store and would meet her outside the store in the mall. I’ve never experienced anyone so rude. I’ll never enter this store again. Not once did anyone offer their assistance. This particular employee she be reprimanded for their actions.

Went in looking for some black timberlands for my son,first they don’t even greet you or ask if you need help….When you ask them anything one lady act like she had a attitude.Like if you don’t want to do your job you should’ve stayed home,better yet should’ve have applied for a job where you have to work with people!!! There’s no way of knowing if it’s a grade school shoe or kid shoe because there’s nothing up showing it like most shoe stores.After getting no help and the attitude I just left and went to hibbett and found the shoe I was looking for minus the rudeness and laziness!!!

They never answer the phone this my second time ordering online to pick up in their store and nobody ever answers I have to drive 45 minutes to their store to just employees talking while the phone ring

I brought my husband a pair of Jordan's on the 3rd of January kept them in my trunk until the 8th his birthday he tried one shoe on and said it didn't fit that he needed a bigger size so we took it back to the mall in which is a 45 minute drive to get to the store for the manager to tell us he couldn't take the shoes back because they were dirty I said he just got those shoes today that if they were dirty they came out the store dirty he was so rude saying you people I will never shop there again I have never

I'm not shopping there anymore, I'm really disappointed in the customer service I had Kenya as my salesperson and she was really rude to me for no reason at all .
