“I had a great experience at Kay’s. I only went to pick up an online order, but when I arrived, Jada, the associate that assisted me, was very helpful. She even helped me to pick out a new chain to go with the bracelet! Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and great service. I’ll absolutely be back!”
