I purchased a sectional that they delivered when they said they would, the day they brought it into the house, the recliner switch fell out. I that's ok things happen. It wasn't until a month late that I leaned in the arm of the recliner with my elbow and that's when I felt a pop and my elbow sunk down into the arm of the chair. I thought I broke something so turned the chair on it's side and that's when I found the top arm of the sectional was made out of cardboard. My elbow had broken a whole in the top arm of the chair. Now I can't lean on the arm because when I do I'm afraid I'll break another hole in it. It sucks because I paid 6,000 cash for the sectional. I will never buy from them again.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store! I purchased a sectional & less than 2 weeks it was broken, they would only offer a store credit but with no interest in anything in the store I was told I would get a refund! They did not come pick up the sectional on the day they were supposed to & have been giving me the run around about my refund!!!!

When I went in I asked for a bedroom suit that was in the building she told me it was there when I got ready to load it up on my truck it was not there and I waited 3 weeks for one part and I still didn't get it so I finally went back and got my refund I won't be going there no more

Excellent! My wife had been looking for two swivel bar stool chairs for over a year. Of course a certain look. She's a beast when it comes to interior design. So anyway, they had two left which were for display. So they gave us a little discount for that, and a discount for me being an ARMY Veteran. The furniture they stock instore and on line is amazing, and the customer service is on point. I would definetely recommend them to others.

Order a chair they never called.. I had to keep calling until finally talking to someone to get my chair.. order a bed they lied said they called they never call.. the day of delivery they called to say they was only the way it took over an hours to receive my furniture that day..

Do not know how the store is, too afraid to go in due to what I see the employees doing outside, music so loud it vibrates businesses around them and various people around the loud music vehicle before employee goes back into store

I was looking for a particular item that I needed quickly. She could have ordered it for me but she told me where else I could go to find it, even though it would mean a no sale for them. She put the customers need first!
