Went to the store in Crocs and a Hawaii shirt. Was definitely treated differently for this... Staff was very surprised that I actually wanted to buy something. Purchased a fantastic rocking recliner as a father's day present to myself. Kids love it, too.

Sold my dining table. Said it didn’t have a sold sticker on it. The guy put the sticker on before I left. Said they could order another and gave me a date of March. I called the company they told me the table if ordered that day would be this summer. They don’t know what they are doing. Went in for a refund and I had to call my bank because they didn’t know how to refund my card. Waiting on a refund to show up. Hope I don’t have to deal with them again about my refund. Don’t buy there it is over priced and service is poor. I just got we’re sorry from them. Did nothing to try to keep my business. Go to Hardee’s Furniture!! Great business for over 40 years. Prices are great and so is the service.

I ordered a bed back in March. I was told the bed would be delivered early April. Called in April just to be told the bed wouldn't be delivered until the 28th. Here it is the 29th of April and I just got off the phone with them, no closer to getting my bed. Now I'm told it won't be in until the end of May. They say they don't do refunds but can apply a store. As if, I'd be interested in more bad service from them.

Service was exceptional. I never felt pressured. She helped me find exactly what I needed, and they're delivering today! Super excited about my experience here. My husband bought his daughters bed here as well and we got an awesome deal on a superrr comfortable bunk set.

I was in the store for about 20 mins and nobody greeted me or offered to help. Walked through the store and a CSR said hi and i immediately asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked for a district manager and she said that she was the district manager. I was in disbelief that four people were sitting behind the counter in the back of the store and nobody greeted me. The woman who said she was the District Manager said she didn’t even see me. That made me even more flustered because she was so far in the back sitting down unable to acknowledge consumers as they walked in. The customer service was despicable and I would never step foot in this store again.
