The rental was dirty, I was over charged, over $90 for taxes, and $9.99 a gallon for fuel, which came up to $99, it's a rip off, they only have suvs, so it's more expensive rental wise, and fuel wise. Staff was polite, but I'll use enterprise from now on.

We had a reservation but they said since our company didn't tell them that we are coming quickly, they haven't prepared our reservation. We were expecting a big Toyota and instead we got a small Ford sport model. We had lots of stuff and it wasn't easy to fit all in a sport-car.

Great experience! Great customer service...Train was late, the gentleman waited for us! The office stayed opened and waited for us as well! After so many hours on the train....the staff made our day! Friendly, Professional and Thoughtful Staff...

Had to drive an hour and a half to this location to exchange a Tesla and the manager was training an employee and going above and beyond to maintain an efficient turn around time for customers coming in and calling. ??❤️

Excellent customer service. Reserved the manager's special expecting a compact/economy car and was surprised to be given a SUV. The attendant (Precious) went above and beyond. There was limited parking so she actually moved her personal vehicle so I would have a place to park. She did an excellent job of addressing the needs of multiple customers while supporting a coworker who seemed to be very new at the job. This was my first time renting from this location and have already booked my next rental.

Worst Rental Car company I've ever worked with! Car was dirty on the inside and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes! Counter person was rude and clueless! Never rent from here again!!!

Over charged and info on payment was not posted with high deposit on debit card. Also damage coverage was by day and not one time fee as portrayed by the attendant.

Precious was very helpful, nice and professional. Hertz accommodated me last minute after another company canceled on my last minute after having reservations for weeks. Car was clean and nice.

Had a reservation when i got there the girl told me they didn't have a car I simply inform her I drop my car off for repairs an I had nothing to drive could u give me the latest time u might have one ready she goes off on me an remind u they call me a week early to confirm the resvation then she tells me I'm being rude an just leave me there no car waiting on a ride I'm rude because I ask u to do your job I would not recommend anyone here.Baddest customer service I ever had at a rental place I usually deal with enterprise but my wife liked hertz better boy was she wrong.
