My regular pharmacy had a shortage of my medication and just told me to call around and see if anyone has it. HT not only had it, but were very helpful in getting information from my regular pharmacy so they could get it filled for me, treating me great even though I wasn't regularly with them. Happy to be switching my main pharmacy to HT !

I've only use this pharmacy a handful of times and I seemed to be pleased every time. They didn't have my medicine I stock last week and they made sure they had it ready for me in less than 48 hrs

I order all my medicine online. Very quick to fill and all the pharmacist are very helpful. The website for scheduling vaccine shots is not to good, but that's not the local stores fault.

The strawberries that I bought this morning and was eating in the car on my way back home had worms in them. I noticed just now when my daughter cut some open for her salad. I feel sick to my stomach and am disgusted. I called the store all was said was bring them back for a refund and I apologize. My stomach has been upset and I’ve been nauseous all day.

Pharmacy is usually fast when I go inside. I had received a ready text once or twice went 2 hours later and I had to wait bc it wasnt ready. I was really annoyed and late from work because of this

Always friendly and helpful. If something is not in stock, they will order it. Unfortunately, due to some manufacturing shortfalls last year some items are perpetually back ordered.I have noticed many changes in staffing starting about a year ago. The amount of turnover displayed here usually is indicative of a poor mid level manager. Lately I have noticed that they are able to retain a few employees. I hope that the management issues here are resolved soon, because a huge part of a neighborhood pharmacy is familiarity between workers and customers

They tell you your prescription will be ready but when you go it isn’t

You mean to tell me these people go to school for this s**** Had surgery and I have a metal elbow and about a foot long incision stitched up on my arm, my prescription was sent though at 9 am, at 2:30pm it still had not been filled so I called up there and they said my rewards membership had an error... so?? I need my meds, fill my prescription and we can fix that when I get there. DUHH so after 30 seconds of being on the phone she told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, an hour later my mom went to pick it up for me and it was still not ready, so I called again, they said their system was down and they could not fill prescriptions... you've got to be f****** kidding me is all that went through my head, so I told the lady to fill my prescription and write it down on a piece of paper and enter it In the system later, she said they cannot do this because then they have to do it for everybody. And that's a problem why?? She said 200 people needed prescriptions filled today and none of them have been done yet so not only me but 200 people are out of their meds, so then I suggested she send it to another pharmacy and she said she can not do this because it is a controlled substance and I would just have to wait until their system was back up and she didn't know whether it would be today or not... These people need help I don't know about y'all but in any job I've ever worked we have never let a Down System stop us from work, and that's just normal retail not near as important as somebody getting their meds...
