This place was a scam they billed my insurance company for a COVID Test n Feb 2022, problem is I didn't go to them in 2022. I only went to them once in Feb. 2021, which they had already billed my insurance company for. Now, my insurance company is trying to come after me for a payment that they made to this place for a service that I didn't even receive. It's a shame that this place decided to commit fraud, because it could've been a much needed health service in the then community that I lived.

Really pleasant staff and very timely. Was out and in within 20 minutes with a rapid COVID test. The only thing that really frustrates me is that they are very hard to get a hold of. They need extra phone lines, I’ve literally called over 100 times yesterday and today but I keep getting “User Busy”. I’d just love to speak to someone before traveling to RM again to ask if I’ve left my ID and insurance card. Extremely frustrating. I understand they are busy, they just need more phone lines.

The staff was very nice the only problem I had was it was not clean in the lobby like it should be was so packed in there everyone close crammed together. And I noticed the pens people where using was not being wiped after use and I was told they was clean no they want I watched several touch them over and over again it was not sanitized in the main lobby now in the back the ladies was very clean and very nice ! Also my results I got back checked daily and I can’t understand why the date keeps changing on the date of report I was confused on that also went from 12/31/2020 to 1/2/21 was so weird ! But other then that I wa son out fast just needs to be more organized and much cleaner in the lobby while waiting! Spraying like there are in the back ! Staff was nice ! And they explain absolutely everything before testing you ! So your not lost and confused about getting the results ! Thankful my results was negative!

The staff were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about Covid testing. I would highly recommend them. Rapid tests provide results in 10 min and are cost effective...

I needed quick Covid-19 testing and this place was awesome. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. There was little wait time and I was called over the weekend for results.

My children and I received free Covid-19 testing over the weekend. The link provided to check the results would not work. I quickly called the number because I was very concerned that my children may have been exposed a few days before we got tested.Listen, this was the rudest most unpleasant lady on the phone. I explained to her that I wanted to know if we currently had it or if the results showed antibodies of us having it before. She had No professionalism or phone etiquette AT ALL! She yelled Negativeeee as if I was bothering her. I almost hung up but I really wanted to know the results for all my children so I stuck it out in disbelief.I’m sure this organization has good intentions and I hate leaving a negative review for anyone that is helping my community. I hope the owner recognizes the importance of having professionals on her phones helping potential customers. If I had to make a decision based on my experience with the receptionist, I’d probably seek service elsewhere.Long story short....please get somebody that actually cares to answer the phones.

I was at work early in the morning and noticed that I couldn’t taste and smell. I was sent home after that and told to wait until I had a negative COVID-19 test to come back to work. I got lucky and a family member (That I work with) found this place. I was in and out, including the registration paperwork in less than 40 minutes. I also loved the positivity from the employees. I cannot speak highly enough!

While I give this organization credit for doing good to help it’s community, I cannot with good conscience give a favorable review. The Covid pandemic has put many people on edge, and my experience with this organization has proven to be slow due to ineffective communication. Having needed to give Covid test results to my transplant team and work managers in a timely manner proved unsuccessful. A test of this nature should have taken at the max three days (72 hours), but according to reception at this organization, the laboratory used were late. I was once again told to wait 2 more days. Then, it ended up taking 6 days to see a Facebook message with very little details. In addition, it was 10 days before a public health nurse called to communicate the results. My recommendation to help improve this organization is to make a phone call to every consumer. A simple phone call would have improved my perception and the understanding of many.I do believe that this organization has great potential, but until they improve their communication skills, I feel many will leave with similar perceptions. In addition, with Covid being such a health concern, I would also recommend slowing the testing to a pace where it doesn’t leave a lab overwhelmed and consumers not understanding why things are taking so long. This could leave more opportunities to communicate with present consumers and address their present needs.While it is important to test many people, I feel that the communication that comes afterwards is also incredibly important with helping the public make good decisions. I look forward to seeing this organization improve due to better costumer service. Blessings to everyone involved.

My daughter was tested for Covid here and received results on a Saturday morning stating positive and negative...that's very hard to deal with. No phone calls nor was there anything saying she needed to quarantine. I understand they are closed weekends but for something this serious they should have a effective communication tool in place

Everyone here is very helpful, and everyone goes out of their way to assist you in any health concerns you may have!The great thing is that the staff and Doctor @ this clinic, are always pleasant and proffessional and will see you on the spot even if you left your insurance card at home. They can look up your info with the info you must provide like date of birth and social and are super fast and always helpful with whatever your health concerns are.
