Went in today 02/25/2024 to get my hair cut for an upcoming funeral and left with a huge smile. I’ve been here several times before and my hair looked okay, but the amazing man that cut my hair this time worked wonders on my hair. I really hope I spell his name right, but huge shout out and thanks to Annox for the great hair cut and small talks. I will definitely be coming in more and requesting him from now on.

Great clip. Every time. They are open on weekends and if you check in online with the app, you can get in and out without a lot of down time.

Horrible service they waste your time you Check in they say 15 min that turns to 30 then 60 then the. Let there regulars all white ladies go ahead anyone who dose not seem to be white Ive wasted hours here to be treated like a second class citizen they can’t explain why they let people cut your spot in line worstService: Haircut

You can't get on the waiting list over phone. There's a 3hr wait I was 30 min away and they wouldn't sign me in. Sooo it makes sense to drive 39 min to wait 3 hr why not sign me in ill wait at home

Absolute garbage. @ 11:30am I used the online check with an 118 minute wait time. Arrived at 12:55 and was told that there is still an hour and a half wait by an extremely rude woman.What the hell is the point to the online service if you still have to wait. PATHETICService: Kids' cuts

Was extremely disappointed to see 3 employees smoking in the store. One lady kept her smoke under the register area, another lady put her smoke on the back left station, and the other kept hers at her station. My son and I got a hair cut by different people. These people would be cutting hair, then walk and take a few puffs, then back to cutting hair. They should NOT be smoking near customers. The haircuts were bad. His was too short, and mine was never cut enough. I told her 2 times to take more off and like .25 to .5 inches only come off each time.

There are several things I look for when I go to a new place and they are very important to me . First of all, the receptionist was not very friendly. Was not greeted with a smile, me nor anyone else. As a walkin, I was unaware that online check in customers were treated first. There is no sign to say if this is true, but it was very obvious. Walk-ins are not favorablely recognized. The woman who cut my grandson's hair was the best part of my visit. She was very friendly. Talked with my grandson nicely and gave him a cut just like he wanted. She deserves a 5 star rating.

I am very unhappy with the service I received on my son's haircut by Debbie at Great Clips in Rocky Mount. I knew I should've listened to my instinct when I asked her to shape my sons mohawk (it was over grown) and she replied with " I'll try ". My son looked so unhappy and on the verge of tears shortly after she started on his hair. I walked over and asked him what was wrong, she mentioned she took his phone away because he was moving and maybe that's why he was upset. After leaving, he told me that he knew she cut the back of his ears and it hurt really bad and the lady was mean to him even though he sat very still for her before and after taking the phone. He said her voice was scary and he was afraid of her so he sat there and said nothing after feeling her cut the back of both his ears. My 6 year old sat there in fear holding back tears because he was afraid. I am furious. How unprofessional and just hateful of her to cut my son TWICE and not tell me about it and not apologize. If she was having a problem with the phone, I don't mind that she took it but I was right there a few feet away. I even told her if she needed me I would be sitting close with my daughter while he got his hair cut. She could have easily asked me to come over because he was moving and just as easily showed me she cut his ears!!! I understand mistakes happen, however not owning up to them is absolutely ridiculous. My son loves getting his hair cut and we have an usual barbershop we go to that couldn't fit us in today and I only gave that place a chance because my sister takes her son there and apparently has taken my son there before in the past. I am so digusted to know my son sat there in pain to finish out the cut (which by the way she rushed through) and I watched not knowing he was hurting. Absolutely disgusted.
