Decided to give them a look as we wanted a sectional or 2 pieces living room furniture. Found a beautiful sectional we wanted to purchase. I went back the next day to purchase, and was greeted by a lady (offered no name, at beginning nor end of communication) and she checked and had it in stock. Well, delivery charge she says is $199! So $200 from hwy 301 store to my house, all in RMT!! Tried to see if wiggle room on that or anybody else could talk to & about it....Nope! So out the door I went! Won't be back there, money will spend! Apparently they don't want $$. Very disappointed.

We purchased a table with chairs and bench back in April this year. Was told that the bench was on backorder and would get it within a month. Well it's mid October and still nothing. Every time we would call they would say its on its way or that they would check and see but would never get back to be about it. Very frustrating because we've never had a problem before. 6 months I'd way too long.

The salesman was the worst liar I've encountered I went in to buy my Daughter a bedroom set He quoted one price and by the end of the conversation....It was obvious He assumed He had a customer who was uneducated or informed...When I began to question His changed prices, He became rude...I don't feel this is a company problem but an individual problem who caused the company to loose a cash sale (I never informed Him of that because I no longer wished to speak with Him)....I plan on going to another store or trying another salesperson at that location...I definitely don't wish to speak with Him again‼️?

Went today to see Mr. Melendez a great sales person. About some furniture that I wanted to get. He sent me pictures of the item and also showed me the pictures plus more in the store. I found what I wanted and purchased it. If you want some furniture go see Mr. Melendez I did.

My experience to the Greenville store was TOP NOTCH. The salesman (Tony Walker) was the BEST. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I came in the store for. Didn't try to sale me other things that I didn't need. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase furniture from here to see him.

Spent 15 mins in store, sat in recliners ranging from 299-1200$ not 1 out of the 4 employees spoke, looked up or acknowledged our presence in any way.
