“I picked up a load of sweet potatoes on Monday, arrived at 11:45 am. Took awhile to figure out where shipping was but a worker guided me there. Had to wait about 1.5 hours for the load to be inspected, as is the case for a food bank load. Big lot to park and wait. Got the call to go to the dock and the loading was quick. Nice people there. The woman came out and gave me the paperwork and even apologized for the delay caused by the inspection. Good experience overall.”
