I recently tried Food Lion's pickup service, and I was thoroughly impressed! The process was seamless and efficient, from placing my order online to picking it up at my local store. The staff was friendly and had my groceries ready and loaded into my car in no time.
What really stood out was the accuracy of my order. Everything was correct, from the freshest produce to the specific brands I requested. It was clear that the team took care in selecting and packing my items.
Using Food Lion's pickup service saved me so much time and hassle. I appreciated the ability to shop from the comfort of my own home and then simply swing by the store to collect my groceries. The prices were great, and the MVP discounts were applied effortlessly.

At the time I went it was a little busy too many people at the front,Self checkout is not needed if the lines are still long,best advise just be in and out

Please eliminate the self checkouts. This is generally considered as a failed social experiment. I really think returning to a more personal one on one checkout experience would enhance the overall shopping experience.

Food Lion is a grocery store I like because the store is clean, workers are respectful, bathrooms are clean and workers are very respectful and helpful to customers.

I love shopping at Food Lion. Even though this is a bigger store, I prefer to shop at the other two Food Lions in Rocky Mount. I seem to end up with more items on my shopping list at the other stores.I do like the way the produce section is laid out here. It’s different.

Staff is Young and absent-minded they don't make sure you have all your bags even when if there is no traffic their mind is in the gutter. Most of them have no common sense which seems to be a superpower if you go in this location
