Had the worst ordering/exchange/customer service experience ever! Husband ordered me vapor max for Christmas ($200 pair of shoes) and got the wrong size. Took them to the store to exchange them and they had to be ordered bc they were out of stock at the time. Placed the new order. Told the guy I needed 8.5 mens/10 woman's. Just found out last night my order was canceled with no reason listed on the email. Called today, it was canceled bc the size 10 MENS was out of stockWhich wasn't the size that was supposed to be ordered! Lady said the only sizes they have left is 9 and 9.5 men's. I asked to send the size 9 and she told me that she isn't able to put in another order that I have to wait for my money to be returned. Which my husband originally paid for them on his debit card but that she also cannot put the money back on his card that I have to wait 5-7 business days for a check to come in the mail! So not only can I not just reorder then, I have to wait pretty much 2 weeks for a check. Finishline has officially lost our business! And I ALWAYS buy from finishline but this is an experience I will never forgot! Total disappointment and I'll be spending that money at another store

I will not purchase again. I called a few weeks ago and was told that my order will be cancelled. This call was made prior to shipping of the product. So after the rep... confirmed that the order will show cancel on my account ( in what ever timeframe 24 or 72 hrs) , I hung up. Next thing I know a day after I get an email that the order was shipped. We are living in hard times what shall I do with this order? Now I have to spend more money to purchase another product. :-( very disappointed about customer service. This was an online purchase.

I love there selection one of my favorite shoe stores. But they have the worse customer service every they won't ask if you need help they just stand around in a crowd talking like they at the club And then when you do ask for help they look like that's not there job and they move so slow like really but they only have young ppls working there so I guess they be tired lol
