Front desk staff forgot to return my ID after my visit and I didn't realize it until I was trying to get through airport security with no photo identification. How do you justify holding a patients ID until the end of the visit when that's never been anyone's policy anywhere at any time? Spent 10 hours as a hostage in Orlando because if I left the airport I might not have been able to make my connecting flight. Do better.

This was an extremely professional environment. The staff members working here were friendly, and the timeframe to wait was pretty good. I would definitely refer fastmed ti anyone that needs immediate care.

Staff was friendly and courteous and very welcoming. Atmosphere was clean and conducive for healing. Wait time was low and I felt genuinely valued and cared for. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to this urgent care on and off for years and always had a good experience until today. It really depends on which staff you get. The front desk was very rude and unprofessional. They speak to you like you’re an idiot. They Doctor was very short and had zero bed side manner. I’d say she was slightly nicer than the front desk. Take note of how they only respond to positive reviews on here. Places like this only stay on business cause people continue to go there. If you can go to Raleigh or Wilson and avoid at all cost. If you do choose to go……good luck.
