“Really pleasant staff and very timely. Was out and in within 20 minutes with a rapid COVID test. The only thing that really frustrates me is that they are very hard to get a hold of. They need extra phone lines, I’ve literally called over 100 times yesterday and today but I keep getting “User Busy”. I’d just love to speak to someone before traveling to RM again to ask if I’ve left my ID and insurance card. Extremely frustrating. I understand they are busy, they just need more phone lines.”
