I got to the store at 9:53 as I was walking in I had the door locked in my face. I will never shop at this store ever again. The young black girl who locked door didn’t even look up at me or anything. They are so rude and ghetto. Rap music playing and cursing after 7pm.

This has been the cleanest Family Dollar I have ever shopped at. As soon as I walked thru the door I smelled and felt a sanitised atmosphere. That gave me so much confidence to shop. They are making the best effort I've seen yet, or ever.

The store was clean. The customer service was good. The cashier was very sweet and patient explaining the smart coupon system to the customer ahead of me. That alone was worth 5 stars.

It was cool to look around in and pick up a few forgotten items to help with niece's relocation, enjoyed my time in Rocky Mount. Nice home town feeling.
