I'll give it a 5 star went there to get someone a birthday gift and didn't remember the name of the liquor that she .told me to get so the man in the store help me out I didn't know the name of the liquor I felt so out of place because I don't drink but trying to get something that she would like for her ?

Customer service is always very good. They have a good selection of spirits but don't have as many options as Falls Road and Curtis Ellis Dr locations. It is very clean and orderly. Staff is very helpful and engaging

The men that work in this store are so rude. Never speak and treat customers any kind of way, when you talk back to them they get very defensive. DO NOT recommend this store. Also made a complaint to the general manager and at the ABC board and he could careless also.
