Her name was Alice and she was a very nice lady. I admire her because she really seemed to enjoy her job. If you go in the T J Macks in Rocky Mount N.C. check out the cleanliness of this store. If you see Alice. Tell her she's doing a great job.”

“Looks like they sold a lot during the Christmas holidays. I've never seen the store so empty but it was nice and clean and you could almost stand in one spot and see everything so I hope they had good sales during the holidays. So really nothing to look at. Even the shoe racks were clear. But the people are very friendly.”

“I went to Burlington Coat Factory today for some shorts, T shirts and looking for a luggage bag for my trip to Arizona. I found some clothes so I put them on layaway. Yes, I said it n I accomplished what I was looking for. Also I found a luggage bag too. I will go back and purchase it by next week.”

“I haven't been in the store since before lockdown -- until tonight. I never fail to find something different and some little treasure, even though I don't collect things any more. I was happy to see that David is still there. He's tops. Sara sold me a Christmas tree and answered all of my questions in the nicest possible way. Even though I wasn't thrilled with the answer to one or two questions regarding store policy, she was tactful, pleasant, and simply a wonderful person to have behind the counter. I love the eclectic mix of all the stuff. A fun collection of "small shops".”

“I've never had an issue at this location and specifically talking to the food court-- everyone that has taken care of us at the ordering counter has always gone above and beyond.May sound silly but when I don't feel like cooking, the hubby and I always go for a cheap dinner meal at Sam's- the pretzels are perfect and the pizza is fresh every time( because they stay consistently busy!)Now as far as the grocery standard...it's the holiday season as I'm writing this review so I think delays in service are not intentional at all. It's 2022 and places are still struggling to get fully staffed!! I have never had an issue though- especially when using Scan and Go!”

“No name on receipt and saw no name tag but my cashier was nice. Store was clean & obviously preparing the floor for big sales Thanksgiving week so a wheelchair or walker couldn't get around easily. Not all employees spoke but they atleast had one on the floor actually helping. Red head was rude & offensive to another customer as I walked out the door over a price check. Glad it wasn't me.”
