Our experience was amazing! We stopped by to look at the GMC Terrain because we were interested in more space after just getting back from vacation! Elgin Jackson, and Matt Joyner made this experience the best car buying one I've ever had! Their customer service and professionalism was unmatched! I was very pleased with the customer service. They did everything they could to satisfy and make us happy. They were very thorough in showing us how to operate the suv. They also helped in setting up every service like onstar, Sirius radio and the driver setting.

Go to any other dealership for service other than this one. Went in because of a transmission issues only to be told that I needed a new transmission which was quoted at just over 7 thousand dollars for a replacement. Diagnosed a 7 thousand dollar repair by driving my truck for two minutes. Funny, when I asked what was wrong I was told it was shifting hard by a service tech who didn’t have enough respect for a customer to put his phone down to speak. Then was told I had to pay 184 dollars for “diagnosing” the obvious…. That my transmission was shifting hard. Duh I told them that.

I drove 4 hours to this dealership because they had the vehicle that I wanted. I couldn't ask for better service. Josh was waiting on me when I pulled on the lot. He showed me all around the car and took me for a test drive. Greyson then finished getting the sale started. These 2 young men were so nice, polite and knowledgeable. They were super short handed and Matt the sales manager came in on his day off to finish up some of the financing stuff. They handled everything with professionalism. I would definitely buy another car from Davenport.

We drove 4 hours for my friend to buy a 2023 Yukon and were immediately greeted by Josh and started the process.
Josh was new and did a wonderful job with us on the test drive and explaining features on the vehicle.
We also dealt with Grayson who did the paperwork and was also very good and helpful with the process. Both of these young men were polite and very friendly and worked well together.
The manager Matt was amazing with the finance details and making sure things were done in a timely manner
This was not my car purchase but I was treated like I was the customer also.
Cannot say enough good about these 3 men.
Also have to say it was busy in the finance office and Elizabeth finished things up and we were on our way.
Thank you for taking good care of us today.
I would consider driving from Ohio (7 hours each way) for my next new car purchase if these guys were available at the time.
