I have ordered many things from here in the past with no issues. NORMALLY, they ship within 24 hours and my most recent order nothing. The phone number listed is disconnected, no one responds to the emails or chats. Was really hoping to get my order for a graduation gift, but they left me with no choice but to dispute the charge because of the lack of communication. While I understand many things happen in life, but running a business also has certain priorities. I hope all is well with them and I hope they get back on track because their products are stellar. But 1 star because there are zero ways to get a hold of them. If they see this, no ill will, and ratings are subject to change.

Tried visiting Cosmic Cuts today. The hours listed online said that they are open, however the doors are locked. No hours on the doors. Extremely disappointed, drove over a hour out of my way. Won’t be visiting again.
