Called AAA to have my car towed and C&s was assigned . Got a call and was told they couldn't tow me home ( although covered by my AAA policy ) and would drop me off somewhere else and I'd have to wait for someone to come get me. They said they would store my car until Monday or Tuesday the latest because they didnt want to drive the 52 miles yesterday. Thankfully the police officer who was with me didn't like that and helped me out ( thank you Hales towing for being AMAZING and actually doing your job! )

I made contact with Coastal towing after an equipment failure on a truck I was driving. John from Coastal made contact back with me to verify my location. He was there in a reasonable amount of time. John got everything ready to be towed and pulled me to Salemburg NC. He was very professional and courteous. I thought the rates were reasonable and they had the right equipment to do the job. I would recommend Coastal to anyone needing a towing service. I'll definitely keep their numbers on hand for future reference.Service: Special vehicle towing

I have a blow out requested service and was placed on hold for 5 minutes gave them my information and waited for 5 hours to return the call and they replied they don't have a tow because he's tied up with State Police. Bmw on 33 and 95

The tow truck driver came when they said and delivered my vehicle without a scratch. He was very personable and professional. Coastal Wrecker was a great choice and very affordable. I will definitively call Costal Wrecker again if and when I need them again.
