I genuinely wish i could give this dude 0 stars. He’s a weak excuse of a “ man” . He’ll take his fragile personal insecurities out on customers. TERRIBLE attitude, needs a reality check. I would absolutely not patronize this dump.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS POS. The owner is bottom of the barrel, terrible attitude, rude, and also doesn’t respect women what so ever. To top it all off he is a THEIF, he will raise a price according to how he’s feeling even after an agreed price. I hope this sorry excuse of a man goes out of business.

Do not trust this guy with your car. The driver is crazy and drove me off the road. I called to let them know thinking "That can't be the owner." Well, the crazy driver answered and started yelling he didn't run me off the road and hung up. He switched lanes when I was to his left. Had I not moved he would have ran me over! Tags ZM-4921

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!I wish I could give it a 0 star he is very rude and tried to steal my mothers BMW CAR BATTERY tried to sell my car that belonged to me and got upset bc I said I was gonna sue him and tried to steal my $40000 check out of my car that got towed to his business

By far the worst and most unreasonable towing "company" you could ask for. The man is a dishonest, disrespectful scam artist and a very unpleasant old man. He will charge you whatever he wants and claim "it's that or I'll take possession of your car". I had my car towed Saturday night, went to pick it up the next day and he stated he was closed on the weekends, to come back Monday (I called at 3pm Sunday). I came back Monday morning and picked up the car to see that he had charged me $90 in storage fees for the day he was closed and Monday even though he'd only been open for a few hours. I argued that he was closed yesterday so I couldn't pick up the car and he stated, "I would have come down for another $150 to let you pick it up". This makes zero sense, either you're open and let people get their car or you're closed and can't charge a holding fee or another fee to get someone to show up to work. This is your business people shouldn't have to pay you to show up during normal operating hours. Overall a terrible experience, you have no power because he has your car and he knows it. He'll charge you whatever he wants and there's nothing you can do about it. If you have literally any other options for towing I'd highly recommend going with one of them.

Horrible ! ! !I would give -10 stars if I could, Called and asked for assistance, it was 11:15PM the guy who answered was too lazy to get up and help my disabled vehicle...DO NOT CALL !
