I just love the owner of this store she has a great personality and very helpful.. I go to this hair supply store because it has everything I need and not to mention it’s in a great location! The hair she sales is excellent quality and it last me a very long time I have been doing business with this wonderful lady for many years and I will continue to purchase from her I am a very happy customer?

Don’t shop there, she uses people like slaves. The owner treats her staff like trash. I never leave bad reviews but this one tops the cake. I will never never shop with her again. You need to avoid this place AVOID. She try and get over on blacks all the time.who are her biggest clientele. Go to Hot One Beauty for better customer service

Got there at 6:55. They threw me out at 7 saying they close at 7 even though their door and hours online says they close at 7:30pm. Not worth the visit. I only stopped b/c it was near Walmart.

They will sell you the wrong product just to make a sale and will not exchange. Worse experience ever. Absolutely no customer service.

In store customer service is great they'll answer yes to any of your questions to make sure you purchase .. I asked specific questions to ensure I didn't purchase anything I couldn't use, and of course I was told yes to everything I asked. When I got home I realized I was informed wrong I called back to speak with the lady she initially tried to play the blame game with the other associate, refused to give her name, raised her voice at me and said "there was nothing she could do about selling me a wig she said was one thing and it wasn't. She continuously cut me off as I spoke and also hung up on me I travel to different city's for their beauty supply stores just to see what's different from my home town and to support other businesses.. this is one I will NOT go back to very rude!
