Been on hold since 10:10 am , keep getting put on hold, so far it's been 12 times on 2/10/23 being put on hold.Finally the call goes though at11:15am only to find out that instead of getting the script from sunset store I'll have to pick it from the tarboro store. Hell of a way to do business

I have been getting my Prescriptions here for awhile and the Customer Service here is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called the Almands on Sunset Ave to have my prescription transferred to the Tarboro St store this morning. As soon as I explained the issue the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. My advice to you would be to find another location or another drugstore.

Great customer service! They have the drive thru and curbside pick up available which is very convenient during this time of Covid - 19. The drive thru was fast even with a long line.They had an employee outside getting names of the customers in the car line so our prescriptions were waiting for us at the window.

I want to thank the staff at Almand’s Drug Store for the smoothe transition in getting my prescriptions from a pharmacy that recently closed. I couldn’t be happier! They were packaged for morning and evening and all on time, especially since there was not much notice. I definitely didn’t want to be transferred to another pharmacy. Very happy to be with Almand’s!

Not to be bias because I work there, Lee our DME Manager help me out with an alternative for an injury I had months ago. I told him what I was looking for and went and found a solution to my problem! It saved me a visit to the orthopedic. Thanks Lee!!!!

I was denied a prescription from here yesterday because my Dr is 2.5 hrs. away. whom I've been seeing 4 29 yrs. New to this area. Which was sad, because I really liked it here. Oh well. Took my $$$ elsewhere. Just don't waste ur time unless your Dr is local!!! I'll explain more on yelp
