Store 04993 in Rockwell is one of the WORST STORES I have ever been in. I have worked in the public eye for 38 years of my life. 3 women sitting around at the front behind the register just sitting back there talking I walk up to the register and the one girl took about 2 to 3 seconds to even get up out of her chair to come wait on me. Did she acknowledge hi how are you? Thank you for shopping. No, she saids 20.33 below a whisper!!? I tapped my card on the machine to pay for my purchase. I’m not supposed to put in a pin number. That’s the reason I have a tap card and none of them knew what to do and what they did tell me to do so my theory is they are lazy. The store was a wreck. They were not helpful except for the one lady who showed me something that I already knew at least she got up and done something so I told the girl in there I said I understand why no one shops in the store much anymore? The store is so nasty!! They are very rude! I will never get ver shop there again! Please put a What-A-Burger there. That store is unless. LG

If you need some things from the store but don't want to deal with the huge crowds in the teeming metropolis of Salisbury, then the Family Dollar store in beautiful downtown Rockwell is the place for you. The store is well stocked and features a helpful, hardworking staff. A winner all the way!

Several things I purchased was not in my bags. Didn't know til the next day. When I called the cashier was rude, unprofessional and bluntly said to me we aren't going to do anything about it because it wasn't left here. After telling me a woman came back the same night to get her pizza that was left there. I will not go there ever again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The store is open until 9 supposedly. I got there 10 til 9 to get one thing real quick and the doors were locked. I seen the lady at the cash register too. Why post store hours if they're not going to follow them?!? Dollar general knows the hours and sticks to them so dollar general it is.
