Very nice homes...A family communityEditing as an update. Christopher is right before the trailer trash that move to my street Silver oak Circle everything was good after they moved there the neighborhood went down the drain. They get drunk and curse on street. Race that piece of UTV poor MF never had anything on their miserable life's. I MOVED OUT, STAY WAY FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IF DON'T WANT TO LOOSE MONEY

Reading the reviews before moving , one family from trailer moving in front my old house , Nast, Low life peoples , zero skills , education, drunk peoples , junk trucks park on the street , hoa don't due nothing, I'm so happy for moving to Lake Norman . After one family moving to silver oaks the houses prices decrease .

I see the high reviews but I lived there. This could be a wonderful community but the HOA is garbage and there are a few families that all just happen to be on Silver Oak street that are just plain trash and make the rest of the community suffer because they are trash. If you like explosions, them getting drunk in the street, and using the community as their own personal parking lot and race track then this place is for you!! Enjoy!! The many houses you see for sale is for a reason! So glad we moved.
