Just left the nastiest bathroom. However I thought I would at least contribute to the business by buying coffee… it was old and burnt tasting so I dumped it immediately. Hopefully the owner will read this and wake up to what the potential could be with the major truck stop up the road being closed. Wish them the best

The absolute foulist facility I have ever seen. Filthy, unusable restrooms. Had to clean my shoes before getting back in the car. Not what I would expect from Shell, and not what Shell would want to be represented with.

Went to get gas. Person put gas on wrong pump, yelled at me to stop and then accused me of stealing gas. The boy who worked there acted like a child and said sheriff will be in contact. Okay? Check your cameras that you threatened with and it’ll prove you were definitely in the wrong. If you can’t put gas in on the right pump you should not be working there. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable with him yelling at me in the middle of the parking lot.

I used to love this store, was always my go to till they hired my abuser. I pulled up to get gas and immediately seen his vehicle, thought maybe he was getting things till I peaked in and seen him behind the counter. I guess they don't check backgrounds and like to hire abusive people. Won't get my business as long as he's there.

Yall really need to find people that will work. They open late and close early everyday. I live local and can't even use that store unless it's in the middle of the day cuz they close at 10:15 instead of 11 and won't open until 7-7:30 or even later. I'm definitely done with that store for good.

Make sure you check the gas tank for what you’re being charged b fire you pump and check your receipt we were just charged $5.01 for gas that says it supposed to be $4.39. We were down the road when we saw it and no one will answer phone. BUYER BEWARE!

Me along with Every single person that was in front of me had the cashier miss something and have to ring it up separate.Casher was not respectful towards me or my children. Will not be returning.

Gas pump dispensed extremely slowly and sensor apparently did not work as it began spraying gasoline all over everything even though it was being hand held (latch not engaged). Be very cautious when using these pumps.
