Incredible experience! From the first call to having airbags installed on my truck the "over and above" customer service is something you rarely see these days. The work was great but there were small things that will have me coming back in the future; things that you would not get with a chain store. When they saw I was having trouble booking a rental on my phone Nick had me use his computer behind the counter. When he was unsure if the rental company was coming to get me he offered, several times, to give me a ride. Again, the work was completed on time and professionally, it's all the other things that will have me coming back to Nicks 4x4. Highly recommended !

I cannot say enough good about Nicks 4x4. Great service, great products and great work. I won’t go anywhere else. I live 3 hours away and I still go here to get what I need done. I’ve had two jeeps and this is where I’ve brought them both and the work done is well priced and well done.

My jeep was on her last leg and I didn't know what to do or where to turn to for help. I finally asked around and multiple people suggested Nick's, however I was weary about calling because of bad experiences I had had in the past. I ended up making the call and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only did he treat me with respect, but he brought my jeep back from the dead! Thank you Nick for your hard work and dedication to making dreams come true.

Won’t install parts purchased from anywhere other than his shop. Told me to go find someone else to do the work. SMH it really is hard to find good help

Stopped at Nicks today after I lost the top bushing and nut for my front shock on my Jeep. I called all over, probably 20 different stores/shops to find parts, nobody had it. Not only did Nick have it in stock, he even let me borrow a few wrenches to put em on in his parking lot. He really has a great shop, and I will without doubt go to him for all my 4x4 needs! Highly recommended.

We always get good service from Nick's 4x4. Nick and his staff are helpful in finding exactly what we need also, if we are not sure where to look for a product. He does quality work, and he is very knowledgeable.

I have given mr. Nick a fair amount of patronage over the last year (over $2,000) including fitting a full lift kit on my truck. I got a set of tires for Christmas and had them put on by a shop who couldn’t align the tires, and was told by said shop to go to nick for the alignment as well as an upgraded steering kit, but somehow now my money isn’t good for Nick anymore? Disrespectful to my father and I telling us that we’re “giving him the dregs” and refusing to do work for me. If my money is no good to him, I can imagine you should save your money and not give it to him. Find a shop who will give you the respect that should come with making money off you.
