I absolutely love this establishment my girl Shannon at the front is awesome I’ve been renting with them for about 6 months and everytime it’s nothing but excellent service ‘ for her to be a one woman show in there shoe does an outstanding job

I read all the Reviews before going here and I was hesitant about going, I'm glad I stopped and checked them out. THEY WERE GREAT TO ME. NICE ATTITUDE, FRIENDLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY REASONABLE. The car was clean and I will definitely continue to use their service anytime I need a rental.

Seriously a sorry and disgusting place trying to scam someone 440 for 5 days and the attitude and disrespect is absolutely horrible the owner should be disgraced by this I don't know what there problem is but ain't no way I'd ever refer these sorry mf to anyone

Called to get a estimate on a rental and got a rude lady on the phone! Does not make sense to me. Customer service is important people!!

If zero stars were an option they would definitely have that, the woman there In the office with her several disrespectful foul mouth children, which I can see where they get it from, is just awful felt more like a trap house rather than a place of business, watched her pocket several hundred dollars of my money which I don’t believe were true rates I think I was scammed but I still paid but car itself was just eww I had to return early mechanical problems and refused to replace with another car or refund!! DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM!!!

Ms Shannon was very nice, respectful and professional, prices are reasonable, qualifications are simple. I will be using Hoffman rentals for all my buisness needs from here on out.

If you need a car don’t go here there mean as hell and have a bad attitude make you wait outside if there is one person in the place you have to go to your car so just go somewhere else

I saw the awful reviews before calling/going but gave them them a chance anyways, major mistake! Super unprofessional, I walk in there’s the lady at desk several children wollering all over the furniture and floor, kept interrupting and fighting with one another to the point the mother(the only worker there) had to curse them out and yank them up and had junk food scattered all over the place, super disrespectful, that was first impression, the workers “friend” I’m guessing in boxers and a sports bra she was giving a car to and she didn’t have the money she said just pay me on Monday or something, then finally I was helped after 6 phone calls of verifying what I needed to bring get there and she refused everything, even after furnishing all the different things she changed I went outside to get an email and she locked the doors and left way before closing, not to mention the place reeked of newports and marijuana, her all around attitude towards a customer spending well over $700 for only 3 days was just awful, very hateful and rude and doesn’t let you speak. These other reviews are 100%!right about everything they’re saying do NOT rent from these people, also they only allow you $500 miles they’re NOT unlimited, she says everything you want to hear to get you to waste time coming in and changes it all up once you get there, I guess to feed her ego, but the atmosphere is just awful I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Do not rent a car here !! Used a brand new debit card we literally just activated in the parking lot, several online shopping charges appeared over the next few days, we never used our card for anything except the rental, also very nasty attitude in office

The staff super friendly and helpful. The rates are better than Enterprise. Fast service. I think I was there maybe 10 mins to rent a van for family emergency.
