Purchase them for gifts We later went to a real Pandora store at mall in Fayetteville We were told the 3 charms from Helms were fake yet Helm's charged me Pandora prices. Not the way to do honest business

The customer service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. The owner is very curt with people coming in to the store, and doesn't give off a friendly vibe at all. There is a very high turnover at this location, leaving someone always being "trained', but no one in store who really knows anything about fine jewelry, jewelry repair, or how to treat customers.

I needed a birthday gift for my girlfriend but had no idea what to get her. The staff at Helms was so helpful. Even gift wrapped it for me. My girlfriend loved her present! Will shop there again.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a nice warm genuine smile along with asking how was I doing (&) if there was or is anything in particular I was looking for... That meant (&) means alot now adays in any type of business world, because you just dont get that experience often from employees.. After an hour or so of conversation (&) tough selections.. I finally left out with a beautiful necklace and a stunning ring!
