Went there for 3 Pandora charms was told they were Pandora by staff on the phone as well in person . Purchase them for gifts We later went to a real Pandora store at mall in Fayetteville We were told the 3 charms from Helms were fake yet Helm's charged me Pandora prices. Not the way to do honest business

I had a wonderful experience at Helms Jewelers. Friendly & knowledgeable staff helped me pick out just the right gift. And at such great prices, I couldn't resist a little something for myself too. Will definitely shop there again.
