If I could give them a million stars I would. I was coming home from a trip in SC back to ohio with a truck I bought 12 days prior at a dealership in ohio. My trucks engine light started blinking, I got stranded in NC with no car. Mandy has been an absolute beam of light in a terrible situation. She made sure I had safe transportation in Rockingham and kept in constant contact with me about my truck. The dealership in ohio I bought it from has done absolutely nothing. These guys put the ROCK in rockingham. Can not thank them enough

I always have the best service here, and that's not easy to find these days! They're good about helping me get in when I'm off work, and I especially appreciate Mandi for helping me redeem some points I didn't even know I had! Highly recommended!

We absolutely love our new (used) suburban. Tara was ideal to work with. She knows her stuff. We had been looking for 2 years for the perfect fit and had just about settled for less. But then we found Dieffenbach. Our car was in immaculate condition and it was a 2021! We are so happy and WILL return for our next vehicle. So easy to work with.

The parts department was extremely helpful. When I called looking for a part they not only verified that they had the part in stock, they also held it for me while I drove from an hour away to get it.

I was on my way home from the beach and my car broke down. I called the service department to see if there was any way at all I could have my Tahoe towed there and they look at it promptly. Blake answered the call and was nothing but nice and professional the whole time. He was able to get me an appointment to look at it right away. When I arrived at the dealership he was just as friendly and helpful. The phone was ringing off the hook however he made the time to help me right away. It ended up being something very simple, and Blake was amazing through it all. With the help and promptness of everyone there I was back on the road within an hour! Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommend if you are in that area to use them!

Had an apt and got in contact with Haley to let her know I was running a bit behind due to me being in the medical field and she took care of me. Process was easy. Staff was friendly and informative about my services and vehicle. I wasn’t there very long but was there as expected considering I was running behind and the amount of others who was getting services to their vehicles. RECOMMEND!!
