This is the worst phone system I have ever used. You can't get through to the pharmacy to speak with anyone even when transferred by other departments in the store. I spent 30 mins going through the call system redirections just trying to get a question about a prescription answered by the actual pharmacist.

Pharmacy is a joke. Even if you called in your prescription an hour beforehand you will still sit there for 45 minutes. Please get some help and stop having one person run the inside register and the drive thru window

The drive thru is a terribly long wait every time I go. No help at the drive thru when you have to run the inside counter also. How much longer is this gonna on? I dread coming here.

The pharmacy needs so much help. I always have to wait a ridiculous about of time to pick up my prescription. Can they please get the help they need to serve others in a timely manner.

Drive-thru pharmacy is a joke. It's quicker to go inside to pick up meds. Literally every time I come to the drive thru I'm there about 45 minutes. Staff will look at you thru the window & not even acknowledge you're there

I called Tuesday June 20th of 2023 to try to get my medication which I was supposed to get the 19th but my doctors office was closed. But when I called on the June 20th I asked to speak to a pharmacist and Mr. Kyle Crisco answered. I tried explaining to him that I needed it earlier rather than later because of my vehicle was messed up and my transportation was only going to be around for an hour or so. Mr. Crisco was very dismissive and insisted that it would be 11am, keep in mind I called at 9am and I was already a day without my medication. I wouldn’t recommend him to any person nor any job because of the way he treats his patients. Mr. Crisco is very rude, disrespectful, dismissive and I feel as tho he doesn’t care for anyone but himself

Terrible Customer Service ..... no matter when you call or how long you wait on the phone, they always say you have 2 calls ahead of you and put you on hold infinitely.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! They are super slow, it takes 20 minutes per customer at the window so if 3 cars are in front of you you'll be sitting there for an hour not only that they never have anything in stock and it takes 2 weeks to fill a scrip so you go without meds and no one knows what they are doing..... worst pharmacy ever
