I stopped by for a vehicle service and cabin air filter replacement with no appointment and they were able to work me in immediately. The service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a well appointed waiting area. However, I chose to walk over to one of the several restaurants nearby for a late lunch. I was able to catch up on some work on my tablet. The truck was ready in the perfect amount of time. I would recommend Champion Ford's service department to all.

Went for a oil change but leave with engine knocking, low oil light, oil reset haven't been change. Guy didn't put oil back in engine this is bad business. He looked as though he had a rough night

I wanted to trade in my 2024 F-150 tremor with only 2,000 miles and the salesman told me that my tremor was a undesirable truck and that they couldn't offer even 53k even though they gave me a trade voucher for 65,850.00..very sad to treat people like this

Amazing customer service in their service department. Our truck messed up on the way to the beach pulling our camper. This was the closest place for us to go. They didn’t have the part we needed but they made sure to look up to see where we could go and let my kids and I stay in their waiting room while we waited on my father in law to get us. Everyone we spoke with was so kind and helpful!! Thank you!!

Was trying to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer after serving for more than three years in the Marine Corps at a nearby base. The dealer lied about the vehicle's history - being a one-owner vehicle - and refused to return the $2,000 deposit. At no point did they provide any paperwork leading up to the deposit (except the CC receipt) and had a very pushy sales-type engagement. I contacted the dealer several times to try to resolve the issue with no response from the dealer. Vets and other prospective customers be aware of what you’re getting into. Will be reporting the dealer to the State regulators and local bases as a black-list candidate merchant.
