I walked into AutoZone today and as soon as he finished with another customer Josh promptly greeted me with a smile and asked could he help me. I explained my battery was dead and needed a new one. I also asked if they still put them in some vehicles and he said yes sir with no hesitation and jumped right to work. Within 15 to 20 minutes I was ready to roll. Good work ethics today are extremely rare to see. But if you want to see a guy who has it all together, go see Josh at the Rockingham AutoZone.

The gentleman there was very nice and understood when I made the purchase and when I had to return things he tried to help me out as best as he could. Even though it had nothing to do with vehicles, I was very impressed or definitely recommend

Had excellent service when we unexpectedly had to stop due to a check engine light. Robert Teal was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to us and our children. The store was clean and welcoming as we hung out waiting. Wonderful service and true southern hospitality. Thank you!

Incredible service and attention to detail!
Yesterday, while returning from a trip to the beach, I noticed my car light was flashing needing coolant. Luckily, I was within a few miles of Rockingham, N.C. so I took a very slight detour off of 220 and went into AutoZone on Broad Street.
Robert Teal, assistant manager, helped me with finding the correct coolant for my 2016 Toyota Highlander. I opened the hood on my car to add the coolant and he told me he thought I needed a mechanic to look at it, as it appeared my radiator was leaking. Robert called an excellent mechanic who promptly arrived (on a Sunday afternoon, no less!!) and declared I did need a new radiator. He called all around to look for a radiator but the type I needed was not available, so we ordered one which arrived the next day. Since then, Robert has acted as my go between with the mechanic, keeping me updated on arrival of radiator and car being ready for pick up.
As a woman traveling by myself, I could not have had a better experience, when it could have been very scary. I just got a call from Robert saying my car would be ready tomorrow by midmorning. Robert Teal is an angel and I can't begin to say enough positive rave reviews on behalf of him and the Rockingham N.C. AutoZone!
