This woman is amazing we are out in the heat she brought us cold water and made sure we were okay. She has always gave me the greatest of Customer Service, the site is so clean inviting. I consider Crystal family not just my land lord.

I had a storage unit before I went to college with Mrs. Crystal and I stopped by today because I will be heading back in August. Crystal’s customer service is so top notch. She is always up beat and never makes me feel like she doesn’t have time to help me. It was so busy and she treated all of us with kindness and although I was 3rd in line she made me feel so important. I did not mind waiting. Office is always clean and smells so good. Valley is my storage home that I will use for all my storage needs.
