As a newcomer to Robbinsville NC, I chose to open an account with United Community because it's well-established in the greater region. Tim, the bank rep who assisted me with the process, was friendly, professional and well-versed in the information I needed to choose an account type, arrange for direct deposits and all else connected to my new account. He took his time and went the extra mile to assure that all was in gear for me to start using my new account quickly and without a hitch.

Once again, my local branch office, Robbinsville NC, handled another crisis with my bank accounts.My personal Banker, Kim Lane, and her associate interviened and stopped a highjacking of all of my financial accounts. They quickly closed all active accounts and reopened new ones without any interruption at all.Kim, and the entire Robbinsville team always are available when it truly matters!Thanks everyone!
