They never answer their phone, WHY? Is it they are sooo busy, or is it they don't want to deal with the public that way, or maybe they are just LAZY! I dare say that no one is that busy and the phone isn't out of order, so must be one of the other reasons. Regardless it doesn't make a good case for the store!!
