Awesome place. Clearly a lot of thought and hard work put into the establishment. Rooms felt like home to me. Me and my family came from Brazil to see the tail of the dragon road and the gentleman at the front desk even spoke Portuguese, haha! Overall great place to stay in general. Totally recommend!

We opted for a small cheaper room as we were only staying one night after a camping miss-hap. The room was small but good price and cozy cute decor. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot (with coffee and essentials), heat, window AC unit (we didnt use), tv, dresser, tabel with two chairs, love seat, small bathroom with stand up shower.Host was very nice, as was the kitty who followed us in at check in. They have a nice picnic area and firepits outside. Nothing negative for us, would stay again.Rooms: There were bigger rooms but we didn't need much. Some I believe had a kitchen.Nearby activities: Cherohala Skyway. Hiking. Camping. Lake. Fishing. Boat, kayak, canoe Rentals. Motorcycle rental (wasnt open when we passed by). Museum. Meade.Walkability: We walked to ingles, and to the laundry mat near it. Wouldnt be difficult to walk most or all of the town.Noteworthy details: When calling the number to book we were automatically directed to a third party company. Unless you're worried about vacancy I recommend speaking to someone inside instead.

Wife and I stayed here two night while we experience the Dragons Tail. Very cool place, neat Dragon decor and host had a wealth of information about the area. Bikes were parked right outside our room and worked great. Great experience.

Interesting motel. Well decorated and cozy room. The only issue we had was that the lowest heat setting was still a bit to high so we had to keep turning it on and off throughout the night. The owners were delightful.

Quaint little place across the street from a school and within walking distance to a few restaurants, convenience stores, etc. They have two large covered areas for parking bikes so you don't have to get on a wet bike in the morning.

I stay here yearly. Rooms always have that classic "Grandparents house" vibe that takes you back. Pricing is great and location is one of the best spots to be for the dragon. Only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi in the cottages are terrible.Food & drinks: Plenty of food, grocery and gas stations within a short drive or walking distance.

Motorcycle parking, quiet place, extremely helpful and friendly. Great price. Fridge, microwave , coffee pot, dining table in room. Close to motorcycle rides.

Great stay. Clean room with everything you'd need. Convenient location. Owner/staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again on my next trip out there.
