“I was riding the Cherahola Skyway with my buddies and had an issue with my ignition. I took it straight to Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson and Marshall in service worked me right in for repair. He had my bike out in an hour and even completed a recall while I was there.

The dealership is spectacular. It’s a great place to hang out while you’re waiting for your service.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, it was clear to me that the dealership was very well managed. Everybody had a smile on their face and were genuinely happy to have you in their dealership. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership.

Oh, and if you’re along the way, and looking for a new bike, I have never seen so many bikes in one dealership outside of Scottsdale, Arizona. The dealership had a Restaurant & Bar out back as well as a cool, open air outdoor concert venue. “Long story short...I pulled in there today April 10th 2023, with a broken boat trailer. The young lady who greeted me was super friendly. The owner was very professional. They not only were willing to attempt to fix my trailer but were able to hook me up with a local man with a boat trailer for sale. I rolled away with a much nicer and newer boat trailer for $300. The guys at the shop helped me transfer my boat from the broken ancient trailer to the new one and didn't charge me a dime. Just a bunch of good helpful people. Rare to find people like that now days.”
