WORST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had a blowout on my way to the airport last week. Due to time constraints, I had to do an unattended tow with Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance. Sherman’s Towing & Recovery was dispatched to tow my car to the dealership. When I returned to NC and picked up my car from the dealership I noticed this damage. The service providers at Mercedes stated the car was brought in with the dents and scratches, but I have proof WITH DATES AND TIME STAMPS that they were not on my car prior to my car being towed. I submitted a claim with Mercedes Roadside Assistance and and they stated that the damage would not be covered because the tow truck driver (Van Weidenkops) took pictures of the damage before hooking my car up. I have asked for copies of those pictures, but they have yet to send them. Save yourself the stress and find another towing company.
