I'm not a person that's big on banks, but those young ladies were so determined, full of energy and very VERY helpful. I was able to get done everything I needed to get done with just one stop. They've earned a new customer and I'm actually now proud to be apart of the woodforest family.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The branch in Roanoke Rapids NC, is never open on time. The bank is supposed to open at 10. The people who work here always have an attitude, be talking among themselves, while you are in line waiting to be called up. They have absolutely no professionalism. Just as soon as I can, I will be moving my account to another bank.
