The ladies working the counter were fantastic. I took my car there for some major work. What my husband and I thought was the problem ended not being the problem. However, three days after getting my car out of the shop, my battery light came on and then the engine light and anti-skid light. In other words, dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I had traveled about 10 miles from my home and decided to turn around, praying that the car would not let me down. We had another mechanic look at it and discovered that the belt wasn't any good, and that there was very little anti-freeze in the car. The mechanic put a new belt on and put anti-freeze in it, and now the car runs fine. This despite the fact that a full inspection of the car had been done. If not for the nice ladies in the front, this would be 2 stars. With all the money we paid--and it was a lot--you wouldn't expect to be almost sitting on the side of the road with a breakdown. Plus, I was late getting to an appointment because I had to get another vehicle to drive, which fortunately a family member had let us borrow.

My Sequoia broke down on a road trip south. This dealer went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road. Such nice people. Highly recommended.

We were driving through, on our way back home to SC. Our truck had been making a weird sound since getting it serviced at our OWN Toyota dealership the week prior (We were going on our first long trip with our 1-year old, so we got an oil change, new tires and brakes). Her safety was our number one concern and the factor we stressed most while at our dealership getting serviced. Well....our truck started fish-tailing on the highway. When we pulled over and off the road, we found that not only had 2 of our lugnuts FELL OFF on one of our tires, but the bolts that they are supposed to screw onto, had SNAPPED off!!!! Our tire could have fell off! :( So here we are, it was Mother's Day...a sunday. No one was open to be able to help us. We drove very slowly to the nearest hotel and called Roanoke Rapids Toyota in the morning. They were very understanding and almost equally concerned that OUR dealership in SC over-torqued the lugnuts, creating a VERY dangerous situation. Roanoke Toyota had the parts delivered and made sure to check the integrity of the remaining bolts. Thankfully, since there were 2 MORE on 2 DIFFERENT TIRES!! So appreciative of this team, and Cory and Montreal. Montreal kept us updated and made sure we were safe to get home. Toyota of SC got both our service and hotel bill, and a nice piece of our minds. Roanoke Rapids Toyota is awesome!!

The sales manager screwed me over. The sticker value of my car was $32900 they priced the car for $36000 on my paperwork without me even noticing it by the time i realized it, it was to late , they have a good talk game but overall do their customers very dirty

I contacted Discovery Toyota early on Monday because they had a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We have been looking for a safe, reliable and slightly used Tacoma for our son, who is a busy teenager these days. Joel, the salesman, got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. He was polite and professional and I went there later in the day to see the vehicle. He met me outside with the keys and a dealer plate, and off I went for a quick test drive and inspection. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle a couple of days later and was very satisfied with the dealership from start to finish. The paperwork was seamless and easy and they gave the vehicle a proper cleaning and interior detailing that I asked for. Just be mindful, there is no haggling on car prices now due to the inventory shortage that every dealership is experiencing. And I did pay a little more than what I wanted but, I purchased a Toyota, which the depreciation is much less than some other brands. Overall, I had a great purchasing experience at this dealership.
