“Car trouble on I-95 S found me in need of a tow truck during my vacation. JT picked up my daughter and me at the NC Welcome Center. Every staff person at the shop was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of ups and downs with my vehicle, but the staff went above and beyond to get the parts and get it fixed for us in a timely manner so we could resume our vacation. They stayed late on a Friday, and came in Saturday on their day off. Becky even drove us to a hotel, made sure they had a room for us, and came back to pick us up the next day. It was a stressful experience, but everyone was amazing and did what they could to get the job done and get us back on the road. Absolute best customer service ever! I can't thank you enough. Highly recommended.”

“These guys installed a hitch I bought from advance. They are super professional and FAST!!!! I was told that the tires were not in good condition. I will be going back and have them replace them. I highly recommend them!!!!!”
