Absolutely horrible management. Starbucks corporate should be ashamed with this location. Average over 30 minutes for 1 simple drink. 1 person slowly making drinks. Others walking around useless. Watched the manager take a break while super busy. No hustle. Not a care in the world that 20 people are waiting for drinks.

The staff is rude and inconsistent with making drinks. No matter how it’s ordered. I go through the drive threw and use DD or the Starbucks app everyday and I will get something completely different every time even though I sent the SAME order. But yet when I say something about it to them I get fussed out in the window by a green headed man and tell me I’m ordering the wrong thing and that’s not the first time I’ve been treated rude by telling them they made my drink wrong some of the staff in the morning do the same thing. I literally have ordered the same drink my whole life. Travel all around the world and visit Starbucks multiple places and it’s funny I never have issues anywhere else just in RR. After spending hundreds of dollars weekly & being treated so rude I will no longer be using this location. I will not spend my money with a location that’s rude and disrespectful just because they don’t know how to do their jobs. So sad.

Manager stood at the counter loudly gossiping about complaints she received from her store during the entire 20 mins I stood waiting for 2 items to be ready, items which were ordered 10 mins prior to my arrival at the facility.

I always place mobile orders. I use to place my mobile order before I got to the store and stopped because when I would get there it would be a line and my drink would be dang near melted when I finally got it. So now I place my order when I get to the parking lot. Today I was asked to circle the store when there was no one behind me. I circle the store; still no one in front of me. I asked the barista what was the point and she said “ you place your orders everyday when you get to the store” I asked her what was different from that and me ordering at the box. The order still wouldn’t be ready. She told me that she didn’t appreciate me getting an attitude with her and the convo went down hill from there. We had a staring match until my fiancée broke the silence and told her we would talk to her manager. I spend $100 a week there. No more.

This location is perfectly situated off of I95. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and quick with my order. Nice to chatter with others after a long drive and getting coffee to perk me up. Will visit

Did a mobile order at 4:44 pm it's now 5 pm, still in drive thru line. I was going inside to get my order pulled up to signs on door stating lobby closed. If lobby is closed mobile orders shouldn't be taken. My Frappuccino is probably melted.

Staff was friendly, but they were seriously under staffed. Cup of coffee took 35 minutes after ordering. Should have saved the $7 and gone elsewhere.
