I will never purchase another vehicle from this company. In February 2022 I financed a vehicle from this company for my daughter I had to take the vehicle back several times between February and May for various reasons. Well around the end of May the vehicle started smoking and therefore I called the dealership and they advised me to take the vehicle to the local mechanic that they normally work with. The vehicle was taken to the shop in which I was advised the motor was no longer working. Needless to say my daughter was only able to drive the vehicle for three months before the vehicle completely messed up. Holmes Auto Sales refuses to fix the vehicle because the motor is no longer in warranty however I feel they should be responsible for fixing the vehicle because we only had the truck for three months. The vehicle is financed by a bank and I am in debt over $15,000 for something I can not drive. My daughter has contacted the mechanic several times asking to pick up the truck and each times she is told he can't get to the truck or he will bring the truck from his back lot for pick up but never does. The vehicle is has been at the mechanic's shop for months incurring fees I am sure.\nI am very dissatisfied and will not recommend Holmes Auto Sales to no one.
