Have tried reaching out multiple times via email and call to get my warranty canceled and refunded. I leave the country for PCS in 2 weeks and don’t expect the $2,000 I’m owed. Warranty company won’t authorize payment unless dealer initiates.

This place is completely unprofessional. They're very rude. I spoke to three different representatives every single one of them had an attitude problem. Every single one of them was very rude. They're very unorganized. I was supposed to pick up two vehicles from them. I was supposed to pick them up and I called to verify and one wasn't ready. Then I received verification that both cars were ready and available for pickup. Get there to pick them up and they sold the other one out from under me. These people have no communication within their company. They don't know what one person's doing from the next. One person selling cars to people and another person selling the same car to someone else. It's despicable.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVEN SPOKEN TO OR DID BUSINESS WITH DO NOT BUT CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMENT BUSINESS. Its honestly sad that this place is still in business and that they employ such unexperienced people "Tre" a salesman that sias he puts cars on hold then never does and doesn't call back then sells the car to whoever has cash and "porcha" didn't even want to have a conversation and has no idea what her job is even though she's some type of manager I would be embarrassed if this was my staff unacceptable.

This dealership is a waste of time. They will advertise vehicles that were sold weeks ago I suppose as a sales tactic to generate foot traffic into the dealership so they can attempt to sale you something that you don't want. The internet sales team and sales team have a disconnect in communication regarding their current inventory. I had 3 different people offer me the same vehicle that doesn't exist.

Literally took all day just to see our options and the kind of car we would be able to get. First salespeople pawned us off on another salesman in the old Harley Davidson building, who proceeded to of ignore us with small interactions to figure stuff out with us, then left for the day when we were waiting on him to come back.
