Mike is simply exceptional. We broke down on the highway headed south and limped in to his shop in Roanoke Rapids. He diagnosed our vehicle and recommended options the next day without any consideration to his own profit. On our way home after thanksgiving in our rental car he came into the shop on his day off to help us clear out our car and arrange for towing. All this at no charge whatsoever. One in a million! Couldn't recommend Mike's more enthusiastically.

Mike is an Angel from heaven! My son Luke broke down on Hwy. 95 at 3:30am and he called Mike. Mike got out of bed in the middle of the night to tow my 21 year old son Luke to his shop and made sure he was safe. We are from CA and Luke was traveling for work, transporting dirt bikes for a race that weekend in NJ. Mike and his mechanic stopped all jobs to make sure that Luke and the bikes were back on the road for practice and media day on Friday. I have never been so grateful for this southern Angel named Mike. His daughter even bought breakfast for Luke and lots of water, even offered his own truck for Luke to use. Mike, we cannot thank you enough for taking care of our son in the middle of the night. We were so worried about him, on the road broken down all the way across the county! You are a true example of southern hospitality! Forever grateful.Julee and Kirk Ferguson

Mike and his crew went out of their way to help us! We called about 10 minutes before they were about to close and they let us come by to check out what was wrong. They fixed the problematic tire in less than 15 minutes, test drove the car to make sure it did the trick, and got us back on the road to head home. We are so grateful for their helpfulness and hospitality!!! HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you so much!

I stopped by mikes today, i travel for work. A light came on in my car, and they got me in quick and they were very professional!! If im in roanoke rapids again, i would use this shop.. thanks guys for saving me and made my drive homw so much easier
